Deposit

After receiving your written reservation and payment of a deposit of 30% of the overnight price, your booking is considered binding. The deposit can be made by bank transfer.

Bill payment options

Your hotel bill can be settled in cash, by card, or in advance by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions

According to the Italian consumer protection code, there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • From 30 to 15 days before arrival: retention of the deposit of 30%
  • From 15 to 7 days before arrival: retention of 50% of the total price
  • For cancellations from 7 days before arrival: retention of 90% of the total price
  • In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged
