Farm-to-table philosophy
Taste does not only emerge in the kitchen, but already where our products come from: in the fields around Dobbiaco, on our own farm and where selected suppliers grow their quality products.
Breakfast
Mango and papaya have no place on our breakfast buffet. We focus on regionality and therefore serve from 8:00 – 11:00 numerous culinary delicacies such as South Tyrolean bacon, cheeses from Val Pusteria, spreads, jams, muesli and fresh egg dishes. Of course, our organic fairtrade coffee is also there. During the summer months you can enjoy your breakfast on our terrace.

Dinner
In our kitchen we don’t only cook – we love to experiment, create magic and refine. From fresh South Tyrolean treasures, true culinary masterpieces are created, served directly on your plate.
Also, dinner can be enjoyed on our terrace during the summer months: with a glass of wine and a view of the sunset. Our dinner starts at 18:30.
Bar & Wine
Whether a quick coffee in between, a cool drink in the afternoon or an evening nightcap in our fireplace lounge: our bar is the right place for thirsty holidaymakers. In addition to various cocktails and aperitif variations our bar team also serves high-quality wines from selected South Tyrolean wineries. #cheers
