Price information

The stated prices are per accommodation and night (standard occupancy: 2 people) with half board, excluding the local tax. This is charged per person per day (from 14 years) separately.

Booking information

Deposit

After receiving your written reservation and payment of a deposit of 30% of the overnight price, your booking is considered binding. The deposit can be made by bank transfer.

Your hotel bill can be settled in cash, by card, or in advance by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions

According to the Italian consumer protection code, there is no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: retention of the deposit of 30%
From 15 to 7 days before arrival: retention of 50% of the total price
For cancellations from 7 days before arrival: retention of 90% of the total price
In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged

Holiday information

Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out by 10:30 on the day of departure
Late check-out: possible depending on availability (surcharge: € 80.00 per person with room use; € 50.00 per person without room use)

Pets

Your four-legged friend is also welcome in some of our room categories. We charge € 35.00 per pet per day without food. We are sure that you understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms and the wellness area.
